Payment Terms and Conditions
All courses have to be booked on our website and require a non refundable deposit of €100.
The balance of the payment for groups and individuals has to reach Brookfield College English Language School 28 days before the course commencement date.
Cancellations can take place up to 14 days prior to the course start date. Fees are refunded in full less the deposit which is non-refundable. For cancellations received between 7 and 14 days before commencement of the course, 60% of the full amount will be refunded. There will be no refund of fees for cancellations received less than 7 days from commencement of the course.
All parents and guardians must sign a letter of consent prior to sending their children to Brookfield College. Students who do not have a completed letter of consent will not be allowed to start the course and will be sent home at their own cost.
All EU nationals should bring medical form EHIC with them. Or else students are strongly advised to take travel insurance.
Free Transfer from Cork and Kerry Airports.
There is a charge of €100 each way for bus transfer from Dublin Airport.
If students are not able to complete the course due to sickness they will be refunded the proportion of the fee for which the student has not attended. No refund will be made to students who fail to attend classes or do not finish the course. No refund will be given to students who are in breach of the student code of conduct.
